Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- unilateral, isolated hydronephrosis \>= grade III (SFU)
- age \<= 3 months
Exclusion
- associated malformation of the urogenital tract
- global kidney insufficiency proven by creatinine examination
- prematurity
- no informed consent
