Inclusion

  • unilateral, isolated hydronephrosis \>= grade III (SFU)
  • age \<= 3 months

Exclusion

  • associated malformation of the urogenital tract
  • global kidney insufficiency proven by creatinine examination
  • prematurity
  • no informed consent
