Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- aged \>18, first STEMI, STEMI with multi vessels coronary stenosis.
Exclusion
- aged \< 18, renal impairment, mono vessel STEMI, severe depression of left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF \<35%).
