Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Cirrhosis with ascites
- MELD-Na score\<25
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Inability to engage in low-intensity physical activity due to any condition
- Active acknowledged alcohol or substance abuse
- Inability to complete protocol assessments.
