Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Over 18 years old
- Admitted to medical or surgical ICU
- Requirement of high nasal flow therapy
Exclusion
- Post-extubation failure
- Patient unable to protect airway
- Diagnosed shock
- Glasgow equal or under 8
