Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients over the age of 18
  • Scheduled for total hip arthroplasty at Henry Ford Hospital
  • Epidural anesthesia during surgery

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • Known intolerance to local anesthetic or narcotics
  • Revision hip surgery
