Inclusion
- healthy women before 10 weeks of gestation
- signed informed consent form
Exclusion
- pre-existing thyroid disease
- pregnancy after assisted reproductive technologies
- known hypersensitivity reaction to iodine or selenium, or other components of dietary supplement used in the study
