Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- singleton pregnancy.
Exclusion
- previous PID
- any medical or psychiatric
- patients with BMI ≥ 40
- multigravidas
- chronic analgesia use,
- allergy to analgesics,
- multiple pregnancies are also excluded
