Inclusion

  • Severe asthmatics (M/F; \> 20 y) entering the Belgian Severe Asthma Registry (BSAR)
  • COPD patients (GOLD stage II-IV; M/F; \> 40 y)

Exclusion

  • Inability to perform spirometry
