Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Preterm infants \< 32 weeks
- Admitted to Unity Point Health(UPH) Meriter Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Application of NIRS by 48 hours of age
Exclusion
- Congenital anomaly of the kidney or urinary tract (CAKUT)
