Inclusion
- Life expectancy \> 10 years
- Ability to read English
Exclusion
- Personal history of prostate cancer
- Personal history of prostate biopsy or prostate surgery
- Prior prostate specific antigen screening in the past year leading up to their scheduled clinic visit
- Cognitive impairment
