Inclusion

  • Life expectancy \> 10 years
  • Ability to read English

Exclusion

  • Personal history of prostate cancer
  • Personal history of prostate biopsy or prostate surgery
  • Prior prostate specific antigen screening in the past year leading up to their scheduled clinic visit
  • Cognitive impairment
