Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Hemodynamic instability with hypotension,
  • Low cardiac output or norepinephrine requirements in the first 6 post-operative hours.

Exclusion

  • TEE (Trans oesophageal echocardiography) contra-indication
  • Trendelenburg contra-indication
