Inclusion
- Age (3-15 years)
- Signed informed consent by legal representatives of the child and patients (depending on the patient's age)
- Patients indicated for surgical procedure: adenotomy
Exclusion
- ASA III and more
- Chronic medication: corticosteroids
- Malignant disease
