Inclusion

- Adult non pregnant patients
- Length of ICU stay of at least 2 days.
Exclusion
- Severe cognitive deficits prior to admission.
- Traumatic brain injury with Glasgow coma scale \< 14
- Stroke with Glasgow coma scale \< 14
