Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult patients undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion

  • Emergency operation
  • History of esophageal, oropharyngeal, or laryngeal disease
  • History of cervical spine surgery
  • Insufficient NPO time
  • Loosening teeth
  • Mouth opening less than 2cm
