- patients undergoing to carotid thromboendarterectomy
Exclusion
- ASA status: 4
- pregnancy
- BMI \> 39,99
- neurological impairment
- neck anatomical abnormalities
- status of sepsis
- coagulopathy
- neck cancer
- neck infections
