Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Women that completed their treatment
  • women experiencing insomnia
  • women experiencing anxiety
  • women that speak and understand Greek

Exclusion

  • allergy to essential oils
  • use of anticoagulants
  • presence of edema
  • presence of Varicose veins
