Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women that completed their treatment
- women experiencing insomnia
- women experiencing anxiety
- women that speak and understand Greek
Exclusion
- allergy to essential oils
- use of anticoagulants
- presence of edema
- presence of Varicose veins
