Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All patients meeting criteria for ARDS. Fulfillment of criteria for Acute Hypoxaemic respiratory failure (AHRF) and fulfillment of Berlin criteria for ARDS during the first two days after AHRF onset.

Exclusion

  • Age \< 18
