Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Inclusion criteria:
  • New RV pacemaker implant (\<6 weeks)
  • Willing and able to give informed consent
  • Stable medical therapy (≥6w)
  • Exclusion criteria:
  • Poor imaging quality
  • Patients without heart block
  • Guideline-mandated ACEi or ARB
