Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA I/II.
- Normal singleton pregnancy with a gestation of at least 37 weeks.
Exclusion
- Heart disease
- Coagulopathy
- pre-eclampsia
- BMI\> 40
- Patient refusal to undergo the Quadratus lumborum block.
- Allergy to local anesthetics
