Inclusion
- Adults aged 20-93 with complete data on diet and follow-up time
- Adults with no chronic disease history
Exclusion
- Adults aged \< 20 years
- Identified to be pregnant
- Previously diagnosed with hypertension, cancers, infarction, apoplexy, and diabetes
