Inclusion

  • Adults aged 20-93 with complete data on diet and follow-up time
  • Adults with no chronic disease history

Exclusion

  • Adults aged \< 20 years
  • Identified to be pregnant
  • Previously diagnosed with hypertension, cancers, infarction, apoplexy, and diabetes
