Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- Adult patients with acute ischemic stroke
- Glasgow coma scale more than 10
- Exclusion criteria:
- Patient with cerebral hemorrhage
- Patient received thrombolytic therapy
- Emphysema with carbon dioxide (CO2) retention
- Pneumothorax
- Seizure disorder
