Inclusion
- Adult patients admitted to the ICU
- Expected duration of mechanical ventilation \> 48h
- Signed informed consent
- Social insurance
Exclusion
- Pregnancy or breast feeding
- No informed consent
- Hyperbaric oxygen treatment
- Prisoners and patients under guardianship
