Inclusion
- chronic hypoparathyroidism (\>12 months) under established therapy
- chronic pseudohypoparathyroidism (\>12 months) under established therapy
- written informed consent
Exclusion
- age \<18 years
- no detailed documentation of hypo- or pseudohypoparathyroidism
