Inclusion
- Intracranial shift \>3mm
- Scheduled for supratentorial mass resection under elective conditions
Exclusion
- Decompensated heart failure
- kidney insufficiency
- Diabetes insipidus,
- Electrolyte imbalance and
- Who are unconscious
