Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients complaining of laryngeal lesions in adult age group between age 18:65 years of both sexes.

Exclusion

  • patients \< 18 years
  • patients \> 65 years
  • patients with spinal lesions who needs spinal immobilization
