Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Cardiac arrest, either VF or non-VF, patients receiving ACLS by paramedics
  • IV or IO access
  • Comatose

Exclusion

  • traumatic cause of cardiac arrest
  • prisoner, pregnancy
  • known DNAR
