Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Cardiac arrest, either VF or non-VF, patients receiving ACLS by paramedics
- IV or IO access
- Comatose
Exclusion
- traumatic cause of cardiac arrest
- prisoner, pregnancy
- known DNAR
