Inclusion
- Singleton gestation
- Primary prenatal care at MetroHealth Medical Center
- Planning to deliver at MetroHealth Medical Center
Exclusion
- Any inclusion criteria not met
- Prior diagnosis of eating disorder
- Inadequate knowledge of English language
