Inclusion

  • Confirmed diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Exclusion

  • Previous spinal surgery
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Unwillingness to participate
  • Unable to complete self-report questionnaires
  • Progressive neurological deficit
  • Neurological disease
  • Cauda equina syndrome
  • Unable to exercise on medical grounds
