Inclusion
- Confirmed diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis
Exclusion
- Previous spinal surgery
- Spondylolisthesis
- Unwillingness to participate
- Unable to complete self-report questionnaires
- Progressive neurological deficit
- Neurological disease
- Cauda equina syndrome
- Unable to exercise on medical grounds
