Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 4-14 years
- BMI \> 85°percentile
- Liver Steatosis evaluated as mild, moderate or severe by US (hyperechogenic liver tissue compared with the adjacent kidney cortex)
Exclusion
- Liver diseases
- Diabetes or manifest metabolic alterations
- Associated diseases
