Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All patients with temporal bone fracture presented with facial nerve paralysis of immediate onset and meet the criteria of facial nerve exploration regardless of age and sex.
Exclusion
- Pregnant women.
- Unfit patients for surgery.
- Patients refuse surgical intervention.
