Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All patients with temporal bone fracture presented with facial nerve paralysis of immediate onset and meet the criteria of facial nerve exploration regardless of age and sex.

Exclusion

  • Pregnant women.
  • Unfit patients for surgery.
  • Patients refuse surgical intervention.
