Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age ≥ 18 years
- Undergoing an elective cardiac surgery
Exclusion
- Undergoing a non-elective surgery
- Suffering from severe renal impairment prior to surgery (creatinine clearance \<30 mL/min)
- Experienced hepatic dysfunction other than mild
