Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • asthma diagnosed by a physician
  • anxiety or stress related to asthma

Exclusion

  • severe psychiatric disorder
  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other chronic airway disorders other than asthma
