Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age of minimum 75 years
- "Clinical Frailty Scale" minimum 4 estimated at the arrival to the ED by nurse
Exclusion
- Non-resident of the counties (City of Espoo, Kirkkonummi, Kauniainen) of the hospital district.
