Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • OSA diagnose based on polysomnography,
  • Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) \> 5,
  • arterial hypertension (systolic arterial pressure \> 140 mmHg or diastolic arterial pressure \> 90 mmHg)

Exclusion

  • other heart disease
