Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Active participants in the Diabetes Prevention Program Outcomes Study (DPPOS) in New York City originally randomized to metformin or placebo
- 60 years and older
Exclusion
- Known dementia
- Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Contraindications to radio-contrast agents.
