Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of ARDS, aged 7 to 12 years;
- Indication of treatment with alveolar recruitment maneuver.
Exclusion
- Clinical condition that does not allow alveolar recruitment maneuvers
- Severe hypotension
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Pneumothorax
- Pneumatocele untreated.
