Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Access to a mobile phone
  • Greater or equal to 18 years of age
  • In Colombia, conversant in the Spanish language. In Tanzania, conversant in the Swahili language.

Exclusion

  • Less than 18 years of age
