Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Postural-related back pain

Exclusion

  • A diagnosis of significant scoliosis, herniated/bulging disc, lumbar spondylolysis, radiculitis, facet arthrosis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, seronegative spondyloarthropathy.
  • Neurologic deficits on exam
  • Currently in physical therapy (PT)
