Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Postural-related back pain
Exclusion
- A diagnosis of significant scoliosis, herniated/bulging disc, lumbar spondylolysis, radiculitis, facet arthrosis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, seronegative spondyloarthropathy.
- Neurologic deficits on exam
- Currently in physical therapy (PT)
