Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • LV Ejection Fraction ≤ 35 %
  • New York Heart Association class I-IV
  • QRS ≥130ms
  • Left Bundle Branch Block
  • Male or female, aged 18 years or above
  • Able to give consent

Exclusion

  • Patients with Atrial Fibrillation
  • Unable to give consent
  • QRS≤120 ms
  • Right Bundle Branch Block
