Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- LV Ejection Fraction ≤ 35 %
- New York Heart Association class I-IV
- QRS ≥130ms
- Left Bundle Branch Block
- Male or female, aged 18 years or above
- Able to give consent
Exclusion
- Patients with Atrial Fibrillation
- Unable to give consent
- QRS≤120 ms
- Right Bundle Branch Block
