  • Access to a mobile phone
  • Greater or equal to 18 years of age
  • In Bangladesh, conversant in either English or Bangla language. In Uganda, conversant in either Luo, Runyakitara, Luganda or English languages.

Exclusion

  • Less than 18 years of age
