Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists score (ASA) I or II.
- Elective Shoulder arthroscopy.
Exclusion
- Allergies to any of the used medications.
- ASA score of III or above.
- Cardiac abnormalities.
- Contraindications to regional blocks.
- Patient refusal.
