Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Minors aged 0 to 18
  • In consultation or hospitalized for an oral food challenge for milk or eggs
  • To undergo a blood test

Exclusion

  • Minors with immune deficiency, chronic inflammatory disease or immunosuppressive or immunomodulator treatment
