Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Minors aged 0 to 18
- In consultation or hospitalized for an oral food challenge for milk or eggs
- To undergo a blood test
Exclusion
- Minors with immune deficiency, chronic inflammatory disease or immunosuppressive or immunomodulator treatment
