Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 65 or older.
- At least one life-limiting illness or syndrome.
Exclusion
- Non-English speakers.
- Patients with cognitive Impairments preventing ability to provide informed consent.
- Patients on isolation precautions due to resistant bacteria or impaired immune function.
