Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA physical status I or II.
Exclusion
- Patients with previous same lower limb surgery
- Neuromuscular disease
- Severe cardiovascular disease
- Any contraindications to regional anesthesia
- patient refusal
- coagulation abnormality
- Known allergy to local anesthetics
- Infection at the injection site
