Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Pulmonary infection as the primary diagnosis
- Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid can be obtained
Exclusion
- when the primary diagnosis is tumor or connective tissue diseases
- microbiological diagnosis is confirmed before bronchoalveolar lavage
- not enough bronchoalveolar lavage fluid for mNGS
