Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA grade I-III.
- Aged from1-5 years
- Undergoing cleft palate repair.
Exclusion
- Patient's refusal.
- Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- Trigeminal neuralgia.
- Bleeding diathesis.
- Inflammation or infection over injection site.
