Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • ASA grade I-III.
  • Aged from1-5 years
  • Undergoing cleft palate repair.

Exclusion

  • Patient's refusal.
  • Allergy to local anaesthetics.
  • Trigeminal neuralgia.
  • Bleeding diathesis.
  • Inflammation or infection over injection site.
