Inclusion
- SLE patients fulfilling the SLICC classification criteria
- Upper limb arthralgias
- DASH score\>10
- Stable drug regimen≥3 months
Exclusion
- Hand fracture or surgery in last 6 months
- Physiotherapy program in last month
