Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of Crohn´s Disease
- presence of complex Crohn´s Disease fistulas
- fistulas refractory to standard surgical intervention, including long-term seton and regular curettage, and/or medical treatment.
Exclusion
- \- Fistulas developed following proctectomy were excluded.
