Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age over 18 years
- cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
Exclusion
- patient with chronic analgesia treatment
- patient on antidepressive therapy
- gabapentin use
- preoperative cognitive dysfunction
- patient treated with zyvoxid
