Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- acute polytrauma patient
- age ≥ 18 years old
- expected intensive care stay ≥ 3 days
- American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I or II
Exclusion
- patient had received cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- limitation of therapy or comfort care
